1. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

2. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. For prepaid orders, cancellations made during this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item (please refer to our Return Policy for details).

3. Custom or Bulk Orders

For customized or wholesale bulk orders, cancellations may not be possible once production or processing has started. Please contact us at the earliest to discuss possible options.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders We May Cancel

Bikri Bazaar reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.

  • There are payment processing issues.

  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.

  • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed promptly.
